Letting Go and Being Light

By working with the mystical and elemental forces of the universe we will walk through the sacred practice of forgiveness. Through ceremony, meditation, energy medicine, and gentle movement, we will let go and heal, release and rise up, let go and be light.

The Ceremony begins with a discussion that addresses a few common misconceptions about Forgiveness. It can be difficult to access true forgiveness when we have too many ideas about that don't line up with what we feel capable f in te moment? How do you forgive someone that isn't sorry? How to you forgive the person without condoning the actions? How do you release the resentment without making yourself vulnerable again to harm? We will answer these questions and more.

This discussion begins with the assumption that everyone is broken in some way, the harm was done, and now you need to work on finding peace because the resentment and the anger are too much for you to continue to carry. Because continuing to carry it will create harm in your other relationships. Stagnant energy in the heart can be harmful to you and your loved ones.
